December 1 is #GivingTuesday2020, and the all-volunteer staff of The Ron Spencer Legacy Foundation hope those who loved Ron and are able will consider donating to help us preserve, memorialize and carry on Ron’s legacy in Indianapolis and beyond. Any amount will help – we’ve set an ambitious goal of $20,000 for our first round as a match to the in-kind services donation being offered by local interactive technology company KODEX Interactive.

1) We have already launched this website, including a comprehensive public archive of all TOTS shows, programs, images, videos, reviews and more.

2) We are also working together with Pauline Moffat and The District Theatre to build a memorial and create ways to tell Ron’s story in the space, as well as bringing larger awareness to his impact on the LGBTQIA+ community, bringing those stories boldly into the light through his years as Executive Artistic Director of Theatre on the Square.

3) We are gathering archival footage and documentation as internationally-recognized journalist and author Gretchen Hammond begins work on writing Ron’s life story for print.
